🚨 IDF Spokesperson – About 100,000 reservists have been mobilized: The IDF is strengthening its readiness across all fronts

The IDF is preparing to absorb about 100,000 reservists and is increasing its readiness in various sectors in Operation “Roar of the Lion.”

In the Northern Command, there has been a significant reinforcement of defense forces and both defensive and offensive components in the sector.

The forces have been reinforced at all posts along the border and in the security area in southern Syria and Lebanon.

Situation rooms have been opened in the sector’s communities to consolidate the situation picture and enable rapid decision-making on the ground, aiming to ensure the security of the residents of the Galilee and the Golan.

The Central Command is increasing forces and focusing efforts on offensive activity to thwart terrorism.

Additionally, defense forces have been reinforced in the sector’s communities, on the eastern border, and on the seam line alongside rapid response units, while maintaining continuous contact with authorities in the sector.

In the Southern Command, forces continue to operate and defend in the yellow line area in the Gaza Strip.

Simultaneously, forces have been reinforced along the western and eastern borders to protect the residents of the south, the Arava, Eilat, and the western Negev.

Defense squads have been activated in communities adjacent to the fence.

The IDF is prepared and will provide reservists with all the logistical means necessary to operate under the best possible conditions.
