IDF Strikes Eight Military Camps Used by Hezbollah’s Radwan Force for Weapons Storage and Training

IDF spokesman: Earlier today, the IDF struck military camps belonging to Hezbollah’s elite Radwan Force in the Baalbek area of Lebanon.

The targeted camps were used to store large quantities of weapons, including firearms and rockets belonging to the terrorist organization.

In addition, the camps served Radwan Force militants for combat training, emergency preparedness exercises, and planning and executing terror plots against IDF forces and Israeli civilians.

During training activities at these camps, militants conducted live-fire exercises and trained in the use of various types of weaponry.

The militants’ activity at these sites and Hezbollah’s attempts to rearm constitute a violation of understandings between Israel and Lebanon and pose a threat to the State of Israel.

The IDF will not allow Hezbollah to rearm or strengthen its military capabilities and will continue operating to remove any threat to Israel.
