Sarah Halimi’s HY”D Killer Arrested Again for Violent Kidnapping in Paris

Kobili Traoré—the man who escaped trial for the 2017 antisemitic murder of Dr. Sarah Halimi—has been arrested in Paris for a new, brutal crime.

Traoré is suspected of participating in a violent home invasion and kidnapping, where a victim was reportedly beaten, tied up, and burned with cigarettes.

Traoré was famously ruled “criminally irresponsible” for the 2017 murder because his heavy cannabis use allegedly triggered a “delirious episode.”

During that attack, Dr. Sarah Halimi HY”D was murdered after Traoré broke into her home, beat her while reciting Quranic verses, and threw her from her third-story balcony.

This new arrest, occurring while Traoré was reportedly on day-release from a psychiatric facility, has reignited major outrage.
