CENTCOM Update: Fourth U.S. Service Member Dies Following Initial Attacks

U.S. Central Command has confirmed that a fourth U.S. service member has died in action.

This individual was previously reported as seriously wounded during the initial attacks by Iran but has now died from those injuries.

The command stated that major combat operations and response efforts remain ongoing in the region.

The identity of the fallen is being withheld until 24 hours after the family has been notified.
