New details emerging from the scene in Beit Shemesh indicate that the structure sustained a direct hit, leading to a catastrophic collapse.

According to reports from the scene, the building housed a Shul on its upper level and a bomb shelter on the lower level. The impact caused the Shul to collapse downward into the shelter area, trapping those inside beneath heavy debris.

Rescue forces continue to operate under extremely difficult conditions, carefully working through the rubble amid concerns that additional victims may still be trapped. The structural damage is described as severe, with widespread destruction surrounding the building.

Emergency teams remain on site as the situation continues to unfold.

In a tragic development, the body of a female volunteer from United Hatzalah was located within the disaster zone after hours of intense search efforts. It is still unknown if The volunteer had been assisting at the scene when contact was lost, or she lived in the building, Klal yisroel is being urged to daven for those still believed to be trapped: Yaakov ben Tamar, Avigail bat Tamar, and Sarah bas Tamar, as rescue operations continue.
