El Al updates that, at this stage, it will not operate flights to Taba due to not receiving approval from Israeli security authorities. Without security approval, no flight will take place.

It should be clarified that there is a severe travel warning for Egypt and that Israeli airlines are prohibited from operating flights to the country.

El Al acts solely in accordance with the directives of the security authorities and places the safety of its passengers above all other considerations.

With the reopening of Ben Gurion Airport, El Al is committed to returning all its customers to Israel without any additional charge from over 20 different destinations worldwide.
