Israel Katz: Hezbollah Leader Naim Qassem is a “Marked Target for Elimination”

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz announced that Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem is now a marked target for elimination.

Katz stated that the terror organization will pay a heavy price for its fire toward Israel, noting that Qassem chose to continue these attacks under direct Iranian pressure.

He emphasized that anyone following the path of Khamenei will find themselves in the “depths of hell” along with other eliminated members of the “Axis of Evil.”

The Minister declared that Israel will not return to the security reality that existed prior to October 7th and will continue to protect the residents of the North and all Israeli citizens with full force.

He confirmed that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and he have instructed the IDF to act powerfully against Hezbollah as part of Operation Roaring Lion.

The primary goal remains the crushing and defeat of the Iranian terror regime and its capabilities to remove threats from the State of Israel and allow Iranian citizens to rise up and overthrow the regime.
