Wife of Late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei Dies Following Airstrike

Iranian media outlets are reporting that Mansoureh Khojasteh Bagherzadeh, the wife of the late Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, died on Monday from injuries sustained during the recent joint U.S.-Israeli airstrikes.

Bagherzadeh had reportedly been in a coma since the initial strikes on Saturday, which also resulted in the death of her husband.

This news follows the confirmed death of Zahra Haddad-Adel, the wife of Khamenei’s son Mojtaba, who was also killed during the operations in Tehran.
